Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for credit on our vinyl graphics and lighting accessories.
If a bulb is found defective in any way, it can be returned for a replacement. Bulbs must be received by us within 60 days of the original order date. Returns must be packaged properly to avoid damage, and must also include the following information:
- Customer name and shipping address
- Original order/transaction number
- Detailed description of the defect

Returns received with incomplete information, or after the 60 day period has expired will not be accepted.
